Ok, now that
you have passed your L.O.B. and have a great resume, it's time
to face the interview. Again, the process is very simple.
What is the
Interview about?
It's all about
your resume. You will be asked about anything you put on your
resume. Therefore, don't put wrong information as you may get
caught.
When you enter
the room, be friendly with the interviewers as they are very friendly
themselves. There is nothing to be scared about, just be calm.
Speak with ease.
The questions
you will be asked are about the following issues:
Your
knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
Your
previous work experience (pros and cons).
Your
personal qualities.
When are
you able to work.
What kind
of salary are you looking at.
There are
also few technical questions from a supervisor.
Towards the
end, you will be given chance to ask questions.
What happens
after the first interview?
If you are a
potential candidate, they will call you for the second interview
within 1 week. Apotex usually calls on the following Thursday.
Be sure to have someone at home who can take down the call. If
you don't receive a call or missed the call, contact them as
soon as possible.
Second
interview is similar to the first. But you will be asked a lot
of technical questions. If you are lucky, you will get the job
during the second interview. Otherwise, you will have to wait a
day or two longer. If you don't get a response, then contact
them again.
